Concrete Formed Walls

Poured Concrete Walls are monolithic foundation walls created using temporary, reusable forms (usually made of wood or aluminum). These forms are erected on the footing, and liquid concrete is poured into the mold. Once the concrete is fully cured, the forms are stripped away, leaving a solid, seamless concrete wall.

Block Installation

Block laying is the process of constructing structures, foundations, and walls using Concrete Masonry Units (CMUs), commonly referred to as cinder blocks or concrete blocks. This trade is fundamental to commercial and residential construction, providing a highly durable, cost-effective, and standardized method for building load-bearing walls, foundation walls, and partition walls

Brick Laying

Brick laying, or brickwork masonry, is the skilled process of constructing walls, partitions, columns, and other structural elements by systematically stacking individual bricks and bonding them together with mortar. It is one of the most common and standardized forms of masonry, valued globally for its durability, consistency, and classic aesthetic.

Stone Laying

Stone laying, or stonework masonry, is the skilled trade of building structures, walls, facades, and pavement using natural stone units, which may be rough and irregular (rubble), slightly shaped (ashlar), or precisely cut (dimension stone).

This craft requires a high degree of skill, combining the practical engineering knowledge of load distribution with an artistic eye for aesthetics and fit. Unlike brick or block laying, which use uniform units, stonework often involves selecting, shaping, and fitting unique, non-uniform pieces together to create a structurally sound and visually cohesive result.

Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) Foundation

ICF Foundations are created using interlocking, hollow blocks typically made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. These blocks act as the permanent formwork for the foundation. Once the forms are stacked and reinforced with steel rebar, concrete is poured into the hollow cavity. The foam remains in place after the concrete cures, providing a continuous, high R-value layer of insulation on both the interior and exterior of the solid concrete wall.

Concrete Finishing

Concrete finishing is the process of smoothing, texturing, and leveling a freshly poured concrete slab or surface after it has been placed and screeded (leveled). The primary goals of finishing are to achieve the desired flatness, density, and surface texture for the concrete's intended use, ranging from a highly polished floor to a rough, steep driveway

Stucco

Stucco is a classic and durable exterior finish applied to walls and ceilings, used in construction for centuries. It is a type of plaster made from a mix of Portland cement, lime, sand, and water.

When applied correctly, stucco creates a hard, breathable, and highly resilient surface that is most commonly associated with Mediterranean, Spanish Colonial, and Southwest architectural styles.
